第一章 一級圓錐齒輪減速器的設計
1-1.設計題目
用于帶式運輸機的一級圓錐齒輪減速器。
傳動裝置簡圖如右圖所示。
(1)帶式運輸機數據
見數據表格。
(2)工作條件
兩班制工作,空載啟動,單向連續運轉,載荷平穩。運輸帶速度允許速度誤差為±5%。
使用期限
工作期限為十年,每年工作300天;檢修期間隔為三年。
生產批量
小批量生產。...
