本次設計的小型軋鋼機是借助旋轉軋輥與其接觸摩擦的作用,將被軋制的金屬體(軋件)拽入軋輥的縫隙間,在軋輥壓力作用下,使軋件主要在厚度方向上完成塑性成型。
本次設計的設計主要包括:電動機的選取,傳動部分的設計,減速器的設計,軸系部件的設計,箱體的設計,小型軋鋼機主體,機架的設計,其中包括對減速器的潤滑和密封等。設計過程按照國家標準和機械設計標準來設計的。
軸的設計和齒輪的設計是本次設計的重點,設計中參照了機械設計手冊進行了精確的設計,并進行了強度校核。
本次設計的小型軋鋼機結構簡單、使用價格低廉,并且符寫設計合設計要求,主要針對用來加工鏈條板的卷帶料而設計的。可保證加工后的產(chǎn)品性能良好,表面光潔度高,板型好,能夠達到所需的要求。
