- 定軸平行軸電動滾筒畢業設計電動滾筒是一種高效新型的驅動裝置，它將電動機和減速裝置置于滾筒體內部，通過安裝在滾筒內部的齒輪傳動裝置來傳遞電動機的動力。電動滾筒主要用作帶式輸送機或板式輸送機的驅動裝置，具有結構緊湊、占地面積小等特點。本設計采用平行軸定軸傳動結構方式和間接油冷式電動機。設計時采用了曲線刮油板這種高效的散熱方式。對主要承力部件齒輪、齒圈、軸進行了設計計算與校核，并繪制了該電動滾筒的總體裝配圖、傳動組件圖、齒輪零件圖、傳動軸零件等圖紙。

Abstract
Electric drum is a highly effective new drives, motors and speed reduction device are placed within the drum body, through the gear transmission that are mounted inside the drum to deliver electrical power. It specially is used for convey belt or the plate drives, with the advantage of compact, small footprint and so on. This design uses a parallel shaft transmission structure fixed axis method and indirect oil-cooled motor. It is designed with curves of this highly effective oil scraper plate cooling method; For the load-bearing parts of gear, ring gear, shaft I have a calculation and the check, and the mapping of the general assembly drawing of the electric drum, transmission component diagram, gear parts drawing, drive shaft parts and other drawings.
