帶式輸送機是輸送能力最大的連續輸送設備之一。隨著煤炭、水泥行業的發展,傾斜布置的輸送機也越來越多。本次畢業設計是關于礦用固定式帶式輸送機的設計。首先對膠帶輸送機作了簡單的概述;接著分析了帶式輸送機的選型原則及計算方法;然后根據這些設計準則與計算選型方法按照給定參數要求進行選型設計;接著對所選擇的輸送機各主要零部件進行了設計校核校核。
施工設計主要是根據初步設計選擇驅動裝置、電動機、減速器、變頻器、制動器等等部件,從而完成輸送機的安裝布置圖。
最后,在基于本文所做的理論分析的基礎上,設計了輸送機的保護裝置及其集控系統。集中控制核心采用可編程控制器(PLC)。本論文分別做出了輸送機起車、停車以及故障停車的流程框圖,為編制控制程序打下了基礎。

Abstract
The belt conveyor is one of the best continuous transportation equipment. Along with the development of coal mine and concrete, slope belt conveyor more and more are also many. The design is a graduation project about the belt conveyor used in coal mine. At first, it is introduction about the belt conveyor. Next, it is the principles about choose component parts of belt conveyor. After that the belt conveyor abase on the principle is designed. Then, it is checking computations about main component parts.
The executive project mainly is according to preliminary design to choice drive, electric motor, reduction gear, Frequency transformer and brake and so on parts, thus completes the conveyer the installment general arrangement.
At last, according to the front theory in this paper, we design the catch equipment and its centralized-control system. The core of centralized-control system uses the programmable logic controller (PLC). The present paper made the conveyer to get up separately the flow diagram which the vehicle, the parking as well as the breakdown stopped, which has built the foundation for the establishment control procedure.
