[摘要]：該輸電線除冰車(chē)采用三懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)，使裝置能夠穩(wěn)定的懸掛在輸電線上并完成行走、除冰及跨越障礙，其由過(guò)障機(jī)構(gòu)、除冰機(jī)構(gòu)、動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)、電路控制與傳感系統(tǒng)等部分組成。其有安全、節(jié)能、可跨越障礙、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)。開(kāi)始工作時(shí)：動(dòng)力機(jī)構(gòu)配合除冰機(jī)構(gòu)完成除冰工作，遇到障礙通過(guò)，傳感器自動(dòng)檢測(cè)，單片機(jī)控制自動(dòng)完成跨越障礙，另配有遠(yuǎn)程遙控，實(shí)現(xiàn)人工操作。

1.1 項(xiàng)目背景
冰凍災(zāi)害作為一種特殊的氣象條件，在我們的生活中經(jīng)常遇到，對(duì)農(nóng)作物和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的危害是很大的，特別是對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的危害，曾給世界各地許多架空線路的安全運(yùn)行造成嚴(yán)重影響，像美國(guó)、俄羅斯、法國(guó)、冰島和日本等都曾先后發(fā)生嚴(yán)重冰凍災(zāi)害。又如，我國(guó)受大氣候和微地形、微氣象條件的影響，冰災(zāi)事故也頻繁發(fā)生；2004 年12 月和2005 年12 月，我國(guó)部分地區(qū)500 KV 線路出現(xiàn)冰閃跳閘、導(dǎo)線舞動(dòng)和倒塔斷線事故，尤其是華中地區(qū)歷史罕見(jiàn)的雨凇天氣導(dǎo)致輸電線路大范圍覆冰、桿塔倒塌情況嚴(yán)重，直接影響了輸電網(wǎng)的正常運(yùn)行；2008 年初我國(guó)南方出現(xiàn)大面積降雪，據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示：冰凍災(zāi)害已造成浙江、江蘇、安徽等19 個(gè)省(區(qū)、市)不同程度受災(zāi)，經(jīng)濟(jì)損
