- 畢業(yè)設(shè)計_汽車后橋機(jī)構(gòu)的研究設(shè)計：根據(jù)車橋能否傳遞驅(qū)動力，汽車車橋分為驅(qū)動橋和從動橋。驅(qū)動橋的結(jié)構(gòu)型式按齊總體布置來說共有三種，即普通的非斷開式驅(qū)動橋，帶有擺動半軸的非斷開式驅(qū)動橋和斷開式驅(qū)動橋。本設(shè)計對象是小型低速載貨汽車的后驅(qū)動橋。
本設(shè)計完成了小型低速載貨汽車的后驅(qū)動橋中主減速器、差速器、驅(qū)動車輪的傳動裝置及橋殼等部件的設(shè)計。本文根據(jù)小型低速載貨汽車的后驅(qū)動橋的要求，通過選型，確定了主減速器傳動副類型，差速器類型，驅(qū)動橋半軸支承類型。通過計算計算，確定了主減速比，主、從動錐齒輪、差速器、半軸以及橋殼的主要參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。其中的一部分計算采用自編的計算機(jī)程序完成，有效的減少了計算時間，提高了效率。其中的一部分計算采用自編的計算機(jī)程序完成，有效的減少了計算時間，提高了效率。
最后利用CAD軟件繪制零部件裝配圖和裝配總圖并通過主要零部件的校核計算和對主要零部件二維繪圖，確定所設(shè)計的能夠滿足設(shè)計要求。
