  • 榨汁機內支架塑料模具設計行業是國民經濟的一項重要行業。近年來,模具一直朝著高質量、高效率、低成本、短周期的方向發展。傳統的模具設計中,模具設計者們是利用二維CAD軟件來進行初步設計的。然而,現在,三維模具設計已經被廣泛使用,它使設計過程接近標準化,使初步設計得以迅速實現。在本設計中,將對榨汁機內支架的模具通過Pro/ENGINEER軟件進行三維設計,并對設計過程進行講解。 在本設計中,首先對塑件結構、材料特性、用途以及參數進行分析,確定模具采用一模兩腔,并使用點澆口填充型腔的總體布局形式。在模具設計過程中,對側向抽芯機構,分型面的設計,澆注系統、排氣系統、冷卻系統、脫模機構,進行了詳細的介紹。最后通過對注塑機參數校核和生產驗證,證明模具結構設計合理性。 通過本次模具設計,可以看出,三維模具設計可以縮短設計周期,提高設計質量,大大的增加工作效率。 關鍵字:榨汁機內支架;注塑模具;一模兩腔;側向抽芯機構
    ABSTRACT The die and mould industry is an important industry of the national economy. In recent years, mould is developing towards high quality, high efficient, low cost and short- period. In traditional mould design , mould designers was using 2D CAD Software & Tools to proceed the preliminary design . However, 3D mould design already has been used extensively nowadays, which makes mould design approach to standardization and makes preliminary design quickly realize. In this article, it presents 3D mould design for juice-extractor part by Pro/E, and explains its design process in detail. In this design, at first , it have analyzed the plastic part structure , material properties , use , and parameters , ascertained the mould layout form of One to Two cavities , and adopted the general distribution form of pin-point gate filling with cavity. In this mould design process, it has introduced in detail for side Core-Pulling mechanism , the design of parting surface, gating system and venting system, cooling system, ejection mechanism. Finally, through checking and production proofing for molding machine parameters , the mould structure is proved to be reasonability . Through this mould design, it may find out that 3D mould design can shorten design cycle, raise design quality and largely increase the working efficiency.
