- 目前的顏色傳感器通常是在獨(dú)立的光電二極管上覆蓋經(jīng)過修正的紅、綠、藍(lán)濾波片，然后對(duì)輸出信號(hào)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的處理，才能將顏色信號(hào)識(shí)別出來；有的將兩者集合起來，但是輸出模擬信號(hào)，需要一個(gè)A/D電路進(jìn)行采集，對(duì)該信號(hào)進(jìn)一步處理，才能進(jìn)行識(shí)別，增加了電路的復(fù)雜性，并且存在較大的識(shí)別誤差，影響了識(shí)別的效果。TAOS（Texas Advanced Optoelectronic Solutions）公司最新推出的顏色傳感器TCS230，不僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)顏色的識(shí)別與檢測(cè)，與以前的顏色傳感器相比，還具有許多優(yōu)良的新特性。本設(shè)計(jì)以STC89C52單片機(jī)為控制核心，利用顏色傳感器TCS230設(shè)計(jì)一顏色識(shí)別系統(tǒng)，并能夠辨別生活中的各類顏色。智能顏色識(shí)別報(bào)警系統(tǒng)
摘要: 隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)向高速化、自動(dòng)化方向的發(fā)展，色彩識(shí)別廣泛應(yīng)用于各種工業(yè)檢測(cè)和自動(dòng)控制領(lǐng)域，而生產(chǎn)過程中長期以來由人眼起主導(dǎo)作用的顏色識(shí)別工作將越來越多地被相應(yīng)的顏色傳感器所替代。如：各種物體表面顏色識(shí)別（產(chǎn)品包裝色標(biāo)檢測(cè)，產(chǎn)品外表特征顏色的檢測(cè)，液體溶液顏色變化過程的檢測(cè)與控制，等等）。而本文就是介紹如何通過使用TCS230顏色傳感器來實(shí)現(xiàn)色彩識(shí)別的功能的。
首先，通過了解一定深度的光與顏色的知識(shí)以及深入學(xué)習(xí)研究TCS230識(shí)別顏色的原理，實(shí)現(xiàn)TCS230顏色傳感器測(cè)量顏色的功能。其次，對(duì)所測(cè)得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理，轉(zhuǎn)換成RGB三種顏色光數(shù)值。最后，通過LCD將經(jīng)過處理后的數(shù)據(jù)顯示出來。 本設(shè)計(jì)具有體積小、成本低、功能強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。

The intelligent color recognition alarm system
Abstract : With the modern industrial production to speed the development of automated direction, color recognition is widely used in various industrial detection and automatic control field, and the production process has long played a leading role by the human eye color recognition will be more and moreare replaced by the corresponding color sensor. Such as: surface color identification (product packaging color detection, the product appearance characteristic color detection, detection of the liquid solution color change process and control, and so on). This article is to introduce TCS230 color sensor color recognition.
First of all, through the understanding of a certain depth of knowledge of light and color as well as in-depth study TCS230 identify the color of principle TCS230 color sensor to measure the color functionality. Next, the measured data is processed and converted to RGB three color light value. Finally, the processed data will pass through the LCD display. This design has the characteristics of small size, low cost, feature.
