  • 新型多功能爬樓梯小車設計對于大多數人而言,上下樓梯搬運貨物是一件非常辛苦困難的事。即使已經有手推車的存在,但其并不具備自動爬樓功能。針對這個問題,本文研究了一種載貨小車既可在平地使用,又可以上下攀爬樓梯的小車。
    本文首先對爬樓梯小車的總體方案進行構想。要設計爬樓梯小車就要構想出小車的基本結構框架。設想出小車應該有攀爬機構、重心調節(jié)機構和原地轉向機構,并在此章節(jié)對這些機構做出詳細介紹。
    其次要提出爬樓梯小車爬樓裝置的設計方案,采用行星輪式結構。小車選用全輪驅動的驅動方式。四輪驅動相比一般的兩輪驅動方式軌跡更穩(wěn)、效率更高,具備良好的實用性。爬樓小車的爬樓功能夠通過行星輪來實現攀爬樓梯,驅動電機選用步進電機。
    再次,對小車的關鍵構件進行設計分析。選擇合理的小車的貨箱,對小車的三星輪組尺寸進行設計分析以及對小車的原地轉向機構尺寸進行信息設計。
    最后, 將運用 SolidWorks軟件完成對爬樓梯小車的三維模型建立,再進行小車爬樓梯過程演示,做出最后的小車優(yōu)化分析和總體評價。












    Summary
    Moving up and down the stairs to carry the goods is a very difficult thing to do. Even if there is a trolley or something, but there is no automatic climbing function. In view of this problem, this paper studies an automatic unloading truck which can be used both on the flat ground and up and down the stairs, and has completed its mechanical structure and overall design.
    In this paper, the overall scheme of stair climbing trolley is conceived firstly. To design a stair-climbing car, we should conceive the basic structure frame of the car. It is envisaged that the car should have climbing mechanism machines, center of gravity regulators and in-situ steering institutions, and that these institutions should be described in detail in this section.
    Secondly, we should put forward the design scheme of stair climbing device, and adopt planetary wheeled structure. The car chooses the drive mode of the all-wheel drive. Compared with the general two-wheel drive mode, the four-wheel drive has a more stable trajectory and higher efficiency, and has good practicability. Climbing the building of the car can be achieved through the planetary wheel climbing stairs, driving the motor selection stepper motor.
    Thirdly, the key components of the small car are designed and analyzed. Choosing a reasonable small car container, the size of the Samsung Wheel group of the small car is designed and analyzed, as well as the size of the in-situ steering mechanism of the car for information design.
    Finally, we will used SolidWorks software to complete the three-dimensional model of stair climbing car, and then carry out the car climbing staircase process demonstration, make the final car optimization analysis and overall evaluation.
