第一章 緒論
隨著我國汽車、摩托車、家電等工業的迅速發展,工業產品的外形在滿足性能要求的同時,變得越來越復雜,而這些產品的制造離不開模具,這就要求模具制造行業以最快的速度、最低的成本、最高的質量生產出模具。為了達到上述要求,模具企業只有運用先進的管理手段和 CAD/CAM 集成制造技術,才能在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。
模具可以分為多種,如注塑模、沖壓模等,隨著制造工藝和塑料性價比的提高,冷沖模具在模具行業中占的比重越來越大,,本研究討論的是一個喇叭磁蓋模具設計的冷沖模具設計,在這過程中充分展示了計算機輔助建模和制造為模具的集成制造提供了優良的平臺。...
