彈體是炮彈與火箭彈的主要零件之一，其加工質(zhì)量直接影響炮彈與火箭彈的作戰(zhàn)性能、彈體強(qiáng)度及射擊密集度。在整個(gè)彈體的機(jī)械加工過(guò)程中，彈體的粗加工是關(guān)鍵性的第一步，直接關(guān)系到后面工藝的加工質(zhì)量。對(duì)彈體的加工方式不斷改進(jìn)創(chuàng)新，才能夠保證整個(gè)炮彈的性能，對(duì)整個(gè)炮彈的生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。本文主要運(yùn)用運(yùn)用所學(xué)的彈箭加工工藝知識(shí)，從批量生產(chǎn)的角度，搜集相關(guān)信息，對(duì)人員資質(zhì)與能力、設(shè)備選用與狀態(tài)保持、材料狀態(tài)與要求、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、刃具與夾具的選擇、環(huán)境要求與執(zhí)行規(guī)章、檢驗(yàn)流程與量具確定、質(zhì)量保證等要素進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì)，確定粗加工工藝流程。

Abstract
The projectile body is one of the main parts of the projectile and the rocket. Its processing quality directly affects the combat performance, the strength of the projectile body and the intensity of firing. In the whole mechanical processing of the projectile body, the rough machining of the projectile body is the key first step, which is directly related to the processing quality of the following technology. Only by improving and innovating the processing method of the projectile body can the performance of the whole projectile be guaranteed, which is of great significance to the production of the whole projectile. In this paper, we use using missiles and processing technology of knowledge, from the perspective of mass production, to collect relevant information, the personnel qualifications and abilities, equipment selection and condition, material status and requirements, field management, selection of cutting tool and fixture, environmental requirements and implementing regulations and inspection processes and measuring tool setting, quality assurance, element analysis and design, Determine rough machining process flow.
