基于ANSYS的大容量箕斗斗箱的應力分析

- ：針對某公司設計的85噸大容量箕斗，利用catia三維軟件建立了沒有加強筋和有加強筋兩種箕斗模型，在箕斗傳統理論分析基礎上，推導出箕斗側壁受力與其深度的關系，通過ansys有限元分析，得出箕斗在靜貨載情況下加強筋對其應力狀態的影響。結果表明，箕斗的加強筋實際上對減小斗箱壁上的應力大小有影響，但是并不改變沿斗箱高度上的應力分布特性.為后續大容量箕斗加強筋的不同布局以及不同截面尺寸對其強度的影響提供了設計指導。

Abstract: According to the mine skip of 85 tons,two kinds of skip models are established by CATIA software.The analysis of skip based on the traditional theory, use finite element method to derive the skip sidewall relationship between pressure and depth,according to the ANSYS software,we know the stiffener effect of stress state to the high capacity skip.The results show that,the skip stiffeners actually have impact on reducing the skip sidewall stress, but do not change the characteristics of the stress distribution along the height of the bucket box. This follow-up provides design guidance to the strength analysis of different layout stiffener and different cross-section stiffener.

0 引言
目前，隨著大容量箕斗投入煤礦的使用，一方面不僅提高了煤礦的生產能力和經濟效益，另一方面也填補了我國大容量箕斗的空白。那么在大容量箕斗制造過程中，為了保證箕斗的制造質量和提升設備的安全運轉，必須規定箕斗的制造標準，目前大容量箕斗的設計沒有相關的行業標準，我國在設計過程中大部分是正對國內外的制造經驗，其結構的合理性有待研究。為了使箕斗的結構更加合理、安全、可靠，本文采用有限元分析方法，對箕斗的結構進行分析計算，并根據分析結果提出設計改進方案，為大容量箕斗的設計提供理論依據。
