1 連續退火技術的發展趨勢
世界上第 1 條完備的冷軋鋼板立式連續退火
生產線于 1972 年在日本新日鐵君津鋼廠投入工
業生產。由于連續退火機組將帶鋼的清洗、退
火、平整、精整等工藝集于一體 , 具有生產效率
高 (生產周期由 10 天左右縮短到 1h 以內) , 產
品品種多樣化 , 產品質量高 , 生產成本低等許多
罩式退火工藝無法比擬的優勢 , 連續退火技術得
到了迅速發展。20 世紀 70 年代以后 , 世界上有
60多條連續退火生產線投產 , 在日本 , 用連續
退火工藝生產的冷板約占總量的 80 ...
