摘 要
現(xiàn)在各國工業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展，鋼鐵企業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要支柱，它的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r很大程度上可以反映出國家的實(shí)力�，F(xiàn)代鋼鐵冶金業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)著眼點(diǎn)就是在對鋼材的處理速度。圓盤剪切機(jī)就是其中的一臺(tái)重要設(shè)備。
圓盤剪切機(jī)通常設(shè)置在精整作業(yè)線上，用來將運(yùn)動(dòng)著的鋼板的縱向邊緣切齊或切成窄帶鋼。根據(jù)其用途可分為兩種類型：剪切板邊的圓盤剪和剪切帶鋼的圓盤剪。
本文中對圓盤剪切機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算是在對鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)公司冷軋廠1700橫切機(jī)組大量調(diào)研的背景下進(jìn)行的。通過對圓盤剪切機(jī)及相關(guān)設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入了解，并從材料力學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，對圓盤剪切機(jī)的主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，壓下系統(tǒng)、側(cè)間隙調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)包括電動(dòng)機(jī)的計(jì)算選取、軸和齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)，以及其他傳動(dòng)裝置和執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)等，同時(shí)對部分主要零部件進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度校核。本次設(shè)計(jì)的改進(jìn)點(diǎn)：首先，在徑向間隙調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)連桿機(jī)構(gòu)，其二，側(cè)向間隙調(diào)整增加自鎖裝置。其三，寬度調(diào)整采用行星齒輪減速機(jī)。最后增加了測速機(jī)構(gòu)。本圓盤剪切機(jī)可普遍用于橫切機(jī)組、酸洗機(jī)組等。
