國內使用的顎式破碎機類型很多, 復擺顎式破碎基結構簡單，制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便，所以常見的還是傳統的復擺顎式破碎機。本畢業設計主要是為滿足生產需求出料口尺 寸：50~60mm；進料塊最大尺寸：200mm；產量：50~20噸而研究的。根據以上要求我設計了復擺顎式破碎機（PE250X400）。設計分析了 顎式破碎機的發展現狀和研究顎式破碎機的意義及復擺顎式破碎機機構尺寸對破碎性能的影響，計算確定了PE250X400的設計參數。設計內容主要包括了復 擺顎式破碎機的動顎、偏心軸、皮帶輪、地基、動顎齒板、機架等一些重要部件；另外對顎式破碎機的工作原理及特點和主要部件作了介紹，包括保險裝置、調整裝 置、機架結構、潤滑裝置等；同時對機器參數（主軸轉速、生產能力、破碎力、功率等）作了計算以及對偏心軸作了設計。此外也簡單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝 和破碎比的計算，顎式破碎機的主要部件的安裝、顎式破碎機的操作及維修等。關鍵詞：復擺顎式破碎機；傳動； 磨損
ABSTRACT
