摘要:變速器是汽車除發動機外的主要裝置之一。近年來,隨著車輛技術的進步和道路上車輛密度加大,對變速器的性能要求也越來越高。眾多的汽車工程師在改進汽車變速器性能的研究中傾注了大量的心血,使變速器技術得到了飛速的發展。自動變速技術是汽車傳動技術發展過程中一項十分重要的發明。它能夠使汽車起步平穩、換檔平順、操作方便,簡化了手動換檔操作,使駕駛更加輕松自如。現代自動變速器主要采用液力變矩器與行星齒輪變速箱相結合的液力機械自動變速器(AT)。行星齒輪變速箱體積小、操縱容易、變速比大,可以實現變速和動力傳動,加大變速器的變矩范圍,同時獲得空檔和倒檔,故被廣泛地應用于AT上。本文旨在基于Matlab的方法對自動變速器的行星齒輪變速部分進行結構優化,從而達到式變速器尺寸減小,結構更緊湊的目的。

In recent years, as vehicle technology advances and the increasing density of vehicles on the road, the requirements of transmission performance have become more sophisticated. The transmission technology has been rapid development because a large number of automotive engineers devoted a great deal of effort in improving the performance of auto transmission. Automatic transmission technology is a very important invention in the automotive transmission technology development process. It can makes the car start smoothly, shift smoothly and easy operation.
