摘 要:依據(jù)裝載機的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合四連桿機構(gòu)的求解方法,創(chuàng)建了裝載機Z形連桿機構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)裝載機工作機構(gòu)的實際作業(yè)方式,對工作機構(gòu)的作業(yè)性能進(jìn)行了深入的解析和研究,繪制了作業(yè)性能曲線。探討了Z形連桿機構(gòu)鉸點位置的新型設(shè)計方法,完善了其性能。然后,在ADAMS/View軟件中,創(chuàng)建參數(shù)化的虛擬樣機模型,對所建立的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行仿真試驗驗證。最后,對徐工LW540F裝載機工作機構(gòu)作業(yè)性能進(jìn)行了計算和分析。

Mathematic modeling, working performances analysis and VP simulation of loader working mechanism

Abstract: This paper created mathematic model of Z-bar loader linkage with solution to four-bar linkage, basic on the GB of loader. Respect to the reality operation of loader mechanism, its working performances were analyzed and researched, and the curves were plotted.
