一.引言
鑒于當前國際國內制造業科技發展形勢和我國中小企業發展的實際情況，從長期全局角度考慮，有必要加快我國中小企業數字信息化建設的步伐，以適應日新月異、突飛猛進的現代國防工業科技發展速度。早在1994年，美國波音飛機公司在推出波音777大型雙發運輸機的時候，從設計、分析、制造、裝配、管理等各個環節都已經全部實現全過程無紙化。
波音公司在767-X項目上，總結過去的試驗經驗，選用CAD/CAM系統作為設計工具，使設計員在計算機上以三維方式設計全部零件，進行電子預裝配。這樣，從工程部門到使用部門都可以共享這些設計模型，可以盡早獲得有關技術集成、可靠性、可維護性、工藝性、便于服務等方面的反饋信息。 ...
