本文設(shè)計(jì)主要是進(jìn)行電動(dòng)工藝車的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，其主要用于車輛生產(chǎn)中工件的運(yùn)輸工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)完成車體移動(dòng)及工件運(yùn)送工作。結(jié)構(gòu)布局：在汽車裝配線上，對(duì)裝配工藝流程的改進(jìn)，要靠裝配設(shè)備和裝配工具來(lái)體現(xiàn)，裝配設(shè)備又必須遵循和實(shí)現(xiàn)裝配的工藝流程。
為此，此設(shè)計(jì)的電動(dòng)工藝車實(shí)現(xiàn)的工作程序?yàn)檫\(yùn)載工件移動(dòng)和準(zhǔn)確定位。電動(dòng)工藝車采用框架式結(jié)構(gòu)，整車移動(dòng)采用蝸桿蝸輪減速機(jī)構(gòu)，電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)蝸桿，經(jīng)蝸桿蝸輪傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)主動(dòng)車輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，被動(dòng)車輪采用萬(wàn)向輪，便于車的正常轉(zhuǎn)彎。車上采用輥輪機(jī)構(gòu)，工件在輥輪上移動(dòng)。
