摘 要：雙分型面注射模，常用于點澆口進(jìn)料的單型腔或多型腔（多用）的注射模，結(jié)構(gòu)比較復(fù)雜。本文以“蓋產(chǎn)品”的三板式注射模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計為例，對雙分型面注射模的典型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計，總結(jié)了其設(shè)計要點，對其他復(fù)雜模具的設(shè)計具有很好的借鑒作用。
