Abstract: In the process of construction of loading and unloading system for bulk fertilizer in Qinhuangdao port, we designed a sort of technics of packing and car loading which is from ordinary bucket shovel truck (bulk fertilizer) to the carriage of the train (packed fertilizer), this technics possess the excellence of the high degree of automatization, convenient moving of equipment and high efficiency, it is deserved for spreading.

秦皇島港為了盡快調整港口功能布局，向環渤海地區散貨中心樞紐港目標邁進，陸續將其丙丁碼頭改造為散貨專用碼頭。重要步驟之一是2001年將其丙碼頭改造為散化肥裝卸專用碼頭，一期工程新建了容量為24萬噸的封閉大庫和裝卸生產線，其中依靠自身力量研制了很多新設備，比如葉片式破碎機、大容量等厚振動篩、重型卸料車和拉車機等，也研究采用了很多新技術新工藝，尤其是灌包裝車工藝，里面包含新型供料站、移動式大傾角波紋擋邊輸送機、移動式裝車機等，技術含量較高，工藝布局合理，本文就該工藝的技術特點做一詳細介紹。
1. 裝車工藝整體布局
圖1是散化肥的出庫裝車工藝。裝載機在大庫2內將堆好垛的散化肥裝到庫內 5米遠的供料站1的大斗內，化肥經過供料站到大傾角波紋擋邊輸送機3，再到灌包機4，變成袋裝后落到裝車機5的尾車上，裝車機將袋裝化肥裝到火車車廂7的各個角落內。...
