摘要： 介紹秦皇島港煤碼頭四期工程翻車機系統的技術改造項目，其中翻車機鋼結構的主梁部分使用拉桿結構做了重大改造，輔之以其它方法徹底解決了應力集中導致主梁斷裂問題，實踐表明，改造獲得成功。
