軸向柱塞泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于高壓、高效率、容易實(shí)現(xiàn)變量并且變量形式多,單位功率的重量輕等特點(diǎn),因而它廣泛應(yīng)用于壓鑄、船舶、礦山、采煤、工程機(jī)械等工業(yè)部門(mén)。恒壓控制斜盤(pán)軸向柱塞泵對(duì)于節(jié)能更具有明顯的效果,廣泛用于保壓系統(tǒng)中,對(duì)缺乏能源的社會(huì)更具有積極的意義。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的A系列恒壓變量控制軸向柱塞泵的機(jī)構(gòu)型式是參照日本油研公司的A系列柱塞泵,嚴(yán)格按照軸向柱塞泵的工作原理對(duì)泵的主要零件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,包括強(qiáng)度計(jì)算以及變量機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。通過(guò)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析,計(jì)算了泵的瞬時(shí)流量,并用MATLAB仿真軟件繪出了瞬時(shí)流量曲線,分析了變量結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)性能。經(jīng)過(guò)分析計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證了泵的變量機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)的合理性。

Abstract
The axial position pump merit lies in: The high efficiency, is easy realize the variable and variable way more , the specific power weight is light and so on the merit . Thus is widely applies to the compression costing, ships, mines industry sector and so on project machinery. The constant pressure controls on project machinery. The constant pressure controls on slanting plate axial position pump to have the tangible effect regarding the energy conservation, it widely applies to guarantee presses in the system, its widely application lades the energy regarding at present the society to have the positive significance.
Reference to the basic configuration of the A series constant pressure control variable axial position pump of Japan Yuken company .The pump construction and the variable mechanism has been determined, which this paper are concerned the transient delivery of the pump has been calculated.
The pump and the instant discharge was attained with the MATLAB simulation software. The dynamic characteristic of the mechanism response performance has been analyzed. Base on above analysis, we have confirmed the design parameter of the pump and the variable mechanism rational, which take theory basic for the design.

1. A16恒壓變量泵的控制軸向柱塞泵的工作原理
軸向柱塞泵是靠電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)泵軸,而泵軸與缸體為花鍵連接,驅(qū)動(dòng)缸體旋轉(zhuǎn),使均布于缸體的七個(gè)柱塞繞泵軸軸線轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),每個(gè)柱塞頭部均有一個(gè)滑靴,中心彈簧通過(guò)頂針作用于中心球鉸上,滑靴壓緊于與軸線成一傾角β并支承于變量機(jī)構(gòu)的斜盤(pán)上,缸體旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),柱塞隨缸體轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的同時(shí),相對(duì)于缸體作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),完成吸油和排油工作,中心彈簧通過(guò)擋圈將缸體緊于配流盤(pán)上,起預(yù)密封作用。
軸向柱塞泵的排量流量調(diào)節(jié)是通過(guò)改變斜盤(pán)的傾角,從而改變柱塞的行程來(lái)改變排量與流量的,恒壓變量軸向柱塞泵能在輸出流量變化的情況下基本保持其調(diào)定的輸出壓力恒定,而泵的輸出壓力在一定范圍內(nèi)可以任意調(diào)節(jié),適用于節(jié)流調(diào)速,保壓等液壓油源。
泵的最大輸出壓力可以通過(guò)壓力調(diào)節(jié)螺釘調(diào)節(jié)。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)的壓力上升至超過(guò)泵的調(diào)節(jié)
