隨著我國金屬工藝制造行業的迅速發展,國內各大金屬生產企業為了滿足工業生產的需求不斷開發出新型的金屬產品。而金屬板料拉深性能的測定方法研究一直是沖壓成形領域的研究重點之一,新型輕質的金屬板料在不斷開發應用的過程中急需科學高效的沖壓成形性能的評判方法。
為了在實驗室600KN伺服壓機的平臺上設計一套在一定范圍內通用的沖壓實驗系統,需要對圓筒形拉深試驗方法進行充分的理論和CAE驗證,得出可行的試驗數據,用于圓筒形拉深試驗方案設計和模具設計。設計一套通用圓筒形拉深實驗模具,和通用沖壓試驗模架等一起組成沖壓成形性能測定系統。
本文中通過使用DYNAFORM軟件選擇一套工藝方案進行CAE模擬驗證,獲得優化的工藝數據。設計一套通用圓筒形拉深實驗模具。借助實驗室已有的伺服壓力機,對不同尺寸和拉深系數及板料厚度的金屬板料進行實驗。測定包括變形速度、變形程度、板料厚度等不同條件下拉深變形性能的變化規律。

Cylindrical Deep Drawing and General Experimental Mold Design CAE Analysis
ABSTRACT
With China's metal craft manufacture the rapid development of the industry, domestic large enterprises to meet production metal industrial production requirement continuously develop new products.And sheet metal deep research of the performance measurement method has been forming research priorities,new lightweight sheet metal in the process of development and application in scientific and efficient stamping performance evaluation method.
In order to design a set of within a certain range, the general stamping experiment system on the laboratory 600KN servo press platform,need for cylindrical deep experiment fully theory and CAE validation, get practical test data,used for testing scheme design of deep cylindrical and mould design.Design a set of general cylindrical deep drawing experiments mold,and the common punching test formwork etc together forming performance measurement system.
In this paper through the use of DYNAFORM software process scheme for choosing a CAE simulation,to obtain the optimum process data.Design a set of general cylindrical deep drawing experiments mold.Using laboratory existing servo press, in different sizes and deep coefficient and sheet metal sheet thickness.Measurement includes deformation velocity and deformation degree, sheet thickness under different conditions, such as the deep deformation performance variation.
