本設計主要考慮的問題是如何解決企業及工廠在流水線問題上的平衡問題。設計課題來源于生產生活中，目前國內機械加工生產線應用廣泛，但很多都存在一些不平衡的問題，課題的要求性較高，需要解決的問題較為復雜，本次設計主要以機械加工零件生產流水線系統平衡分析及瓶頸改善為主要研究方向，在西安喲夛加工生產廠的不平衡分析，了解主要存在的原因，最后提出解決的方法及改善瓶頸的方法。消除機械零件加工的工序的工作作業時間以及零件加工的不平衡因素，減少機械加工的效率損失以及造成的生產過剩等情況，在一個機械加工的企業里面，能夠保證機械加工的平衡是一個很重要的制度，讓一個機械制造車間的加工生產水平達到生產平衡，就這是機械加工生產平衡的有效分析。
由于實際經驗和理論技術上很多時候都是需要別人的幫助，設計的很多地方有不足的，希望老師批評指正我做進一步的修改。

Abstract
The main consideration of this design is how to solve the problem of balance between assembly line and enterprise. The design topic comes from the production life. At present, the domestic machining production line is widely used, but many unbalance problems exist. The requirements of the project are high and the problems to be solved are more complex. This design mainly studies the balance analysis of the production line system of mechanical parts and the improvement of the bottleneck as the main research. Direction, imbalance analysis in Xi'an yo processing plant, understand the main reasons, and finally propose solutions and ways to improve bottlenecks. To eliminate the working time of the machining process of mechanical parts and the unbalance factors of parts processing, reduce the loss of machining efficiency and the excess of production, it is an important system to guarantee the balance of mechanical processing in a mechanical manufacturing enterprise, which is a mechanical manufacturing workshop. The production level has reached the production balance, which is an effective analysis of the balance of machining production.
Because of the actual experience and the theory and technology in many times are needed to help others, the design of many places are inadequate, I hope the teacher criticizes me to make further amendments.
