通過實習調研,了解行業動態、產品結構、工藝以及制造和使用中存在的問題,力求在設計中加以熟悉及改進;根據國家有關設計規范和標準,堅持“三化”原則指導設計。
主要技術指標(或研究目標) 1.城市污水處理廠的初步設計,要求達到國家一級A的污水排放標準。
2.編制設計計算說明書一份。
3.繪制污水廠平面、高程、及主要構筑圖各一張,要求根據圖紙內容及比例選擇合適圖幅,總圖量不少于2.0張A0。
平順縣污水處理廠設計
摘要
水資源是我們的生命之源,水資源有限,但人口數量卻在不斷上升,水體被污染水資源短缺變成我們面臨的巨大問題,如何對水資源保護和處理被污染水資源并回收再用成為一個重要課題。
平順縣是山西省長治市下轄縣,位于山西省東南部,長治市東部,地處太行山脈南段西半側,是典型的干石山區和革命老區。
其地勢東南高,西北低,屬暖溫帶大陸性季風氣候,其境內有神龍灣天瀑峽、太行水鄉、通天峽等旅游景點,曾獲得“電子商務進農村綜合示范縣”等榮譽稱號。所以使用SBR工藝設計一個榮成市的污水處理廠。
SBR是序列間歇式活性污泥法(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process)的簡稱,是一種按間歇曝氣方式來運行的活性污泥污水處理技術,又稱序批式活性污泥法
與傳統污水處理工藝不同,SBR技術采用時間分割的操作方式替代空間分割的操作方式,非穩定生化反應替代穩態生化反應,靜置理想沉淀替代傳統的動態沉淀。它的主要特征是在運行上的有序和間歇操作,SBR技術的核心是SBR反應池,該池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉等功能于一池,無污泥回流系統。經過這個廢水處理工藝的廢水可達到設計要求,可以直接排放。產生的污泥經過濃縮、壓濾等處理后,進行堆肥產生一定的經濟效益。

Abstract
Water resources are the source of our life. Water resources are limited, but the population is increasing. The shortage of polluted water resources has become a huge problem we are facing. How to protect and treat polluted water resources and how to recycle them has become an important topic.
Pingshun County is a county under the jurisdiction of Changzhi City in Shanxi Province. It is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province and in the east of Changzhi City. It is located in the western half of the southern section of Taihang Mountains. It is a typical dry mountain area and an old revolutionary base area. Its terrain is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. It has a continental monsoon climate of warm temperate zone. Its tourist attractions such as Tianbao Gorge in Shenlongwan, Taihang Watertown and Tongtian Gorge have won the honorary title of "E-commerce into Rural Comprehensive Demonstration County". Therefore, SBR process was used to design a wastewater treatment plant in Pingshun County
SBR is the abbreviation of the intermittence type active mud law (Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process ) of the array, it is one kind that exposes to the sun the active mud sewage treatment technology that the angry way operates according to the intermittence , also called the criticizing type law of active mud of preface.
Different from traditional sewage disposal craft, SBR technology adopt operation mode that time cut apart substitute operation mode that space cut apart, stabilize biochemistry is it substitute stable state biochemistry react , quiet to put ideal precipitate and substitute the traditional dynamic sediment to react. On main characteristic of it operate in order and intermittence operate, core, SBR of technology that SBR reacts in the pool, this pool collects melting , sinking for the first time , function that biodegradation , two sink ,etc. in one pond, there is no mud backset current system. Can reach the designing requirement through the waste water of this waste water treatment craft , can discharge directly . Mud that produce after concentrating , pressing and straining etc. dealing with , go on compost produce sure economic benefits.
