一、設計題目:設計圓錐—圓柱齒輪減速器
設計鑄工車間的型砂運輸設備。該傳送設備的傳動系統由電動機—減速器—運輸帶組成。每日二班工作。

1.編寫設計計算說明書一份,其內容通常包括下列幾個方面:(1)傳動系統方案的分析和擬定以及減速器類型的選擇;(2)電動機的選擇與傳動裝置運動和動力參數的計算;(3)傳動零件的設計計算(如除了傳動,蝸桿傳動,帶傳動等);(4)軸的設計計算;(5)軸承及其組合部件設計;(6)鍵聯接和聯軸器的選擇及校核;(7)減速器箱體,潤滑及附件的設計;(8)裝配圖和零件圖的設計;(9)校核;(10)軸承壽命校核;(11)設計小結;(12)參考文獻;(13)致謝。 ...
