摘 要
夾具是能夠使產品按一定的技術要求準確定位和牢固夾緊的工藝裝置它的主要用于保證產品的加工質量減輕勞動強度輔助產品檢測展示運輸等軸類工件是常見的工程結構提高軸類工件銑床夾具設計效率有實際工程意義
目前世界上許多國家在計算機輔助夾具設計方面都做了大量工作我國在該項領域中尚處于研究階段計算機輔助夾具設計是通過計算機軟件程序來完成夾具結構設計總裝圖和零件圖的繪制以及制定出夾具零件的制造工藝等主要工作的計算機輔助機械設計的一個分支傳統的機床夾具設計需要檢索許多資料并花費許多繪圖時間設計的效率低成本高機床夾具設計往往還需借助于設計者的經驗計算機輔助夾具設計的開發和應用既可縮短設計周期又能促進機床夾具的標準化和系列化
在計算機輔助夾具設計中主要分為組合夾具和專用夾具設計二類而國際上主要研究的對象是采用標準元件的槽系和孔系的組合夾具當前國外正向開發夾具柔性化系統領域努力夾具柔性化主要表現在以下兩方面一是結構的柔性化即廣泛采用標準元件的槽系和孔系組合夾具二是夾具設計過程柔性化也就是利用計算機技術和人工智能把工程師設計夾具的過程描述為一個軟件系統
