1 緒論
日常工作生活中,很多報告、材料或者網絡中查詢的資料,需要通過紙質稿來存放,文件在保存時是離不開整理和裝訂的。因此文件的裝訂就顯得愈發重要,訂書機也逐漸成為了辦公用品中不可缺少的一部分。在一些大型文印中心要求能夠快速裝釘且整齊美觀,而普通訂書機無法滿足相關要求,此時就要有一種全新的訂書裝置來完成整理裝訂。可實現自動裝釘的訂書裝置通過單片機控制,結構穩定,減輕了勞動強度,自動裝釘機構提高了工作效率,可調節距離的裝訂盒可以滿足了不同大小紙張。
1.1 現有的訂書機功能對比
1.普通訂書機

普通訂書機如圖1-1所示,是一種功能較為單一的訂書裝置,每次最大的裝訂數量大約為20張紙,且只能實現“一次一釘”,在裝訂的過程中容易出現裝釘不整齊,對于裝訂工作量較大的場合是非常不適用的。普通訂書機只能適合對裝釘要求不高、工作量小的辦公室。
2.重型訂書機
重型訂書機如圖1-2所示,是對上一種訂書機的優化改進,它將普通訂書機的裝訂紙張數量擴大,裝訂紙張大于100張,大大的超過了普通訂書機,但相對而言,重型訂書機的功能相對單一,工作效率低,沒有解決裝訂不整齊等問題。于是產生了幾種裝訂整齊、便捷的訂書裝置...
