方案設計說明
一.設計要求
設計健身球自動檢驗分類機,將不同直徑尺寸的健身球按直徑分類。檢測后送入各自指定位置,整個工作過程(包括進料、送料、檢測、接料)自動完成。
健身球直徑范圍為ф40~ф46mm,要求分類機將健身球按直徑的大小分為三類。
1. ф40≤第一類≤ф42
2. ф42<第二類≤ф44
3. ф44<第三類≤ф46
電機轉速:720r/min,生產率(檢球速度)20個/min。
