內容摘要:本設計為年產6萬噸PVC乙炔工段的初步工藝設計,整個設計由設計正文和設計圖紙兩部分組成。在設計正文中,簡單介紹了乙炔的性質和主要用途,也介紹了目前由電石生產乙炔的兩種常見的生產方法——濕法乙炔和干法乙炔,并進行了比較,最后確定以濕法乙炔作為本設計的工藝生產方法。在設計過程中,根據設計任務書的要求,進行了較為詳細的物料衡算和能量衡算,并對設備進行了工藝計算和選型,同時對整個聚氯乙烯生產過程中的安全注意事項及“三廢”治理作了相關說明。繪制了相應的設計圖紙,設計圖紙包括乙炔生產工藝流程圖、主要設備圖。
