Abstract: In the process of construction of loading and unloading system for bulk fertilizer in Qinhuangdao port, we studied and manufactured a sort of equipment which can carry the packed fertilizer coming from mobile bagging unit to the carriage of the train, it is intituled carloader for short. This equipment conclude the function of going、turning、pitching、stretching and retracting, it′s price is low and the work of loading carriage is convenient, it is a new type machine which is deserved for spreading.

秦皇島港為了盡快調整港口功能布局，向環渤海地區散貨中心樞紐港目標邁進，陸續將其丙丁碼頭改造為散貨專用碼頭。重要步驟之一是2001年將其丙碼頭改造為散化肥裝卸專用碼頭，一期工程新建了容量為24萬噸的封閉大庫和裝卸生產線，其中采用了很多新技術，也依靠自身力量研制了很多新設備，比如葉片式破碎機、大容量等厚振動篩、重型卸料車和拉車機等，尤其是裝車設備，包括新型供料站、移動式大傾角波紋擋邊輸送機、移動式裝車機等，技術含量較高，本文就移動式裝車機的技術特點做一詳細介紹。...
